Meg mo blades

DLCS · #4 · Aug 27, 2002. Roy Megli (the guy who invented Meg-Mo blades is one of my competitors. The Meg-Mo system is not "recent" they have been around for several years. I think the cut you get from them is good but I don't know how they compare to doubles ( I've never used doubles). They seem like they do a pretty good job of mulching.

The Meg-mo gives me doubles with a factory setup. Easy to install, no height adjustment necessary. They throw grass at least twice as far as my high-lift blades. Maybe like 5-6+ mower widths. In the open, this is great. In tight quarters, it means more blowing. More grass in the street, more in rock beds, etc.This morning Mark decided it was time to mow the yard. I have just under 2 acres of grass right now (hydroseeding again in the fall another 3/4 acre), so 2 weeks ago I cut it with the original blades after sharpening them.
